3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide a clear, continuous video recording of the parcel being opened

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package

• The opening process

• The damaged or defective item

📌 Important: Claims submitted without an unedited opening video will not be accepted.

After verification:

• If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement

• If the same item or size is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion

4. Size Exchange Policy

We offer a size exchange facility to help you get the right fit, subject to product availability.

Conditions for Size Exchange:

• Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

• Product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags, labels, and packaging intact

• Size exchange is allowed only for the same product, subject to inventory availability

Shipping Charges:

Customers are required to bear:

• Return shipping cost

• Reshipping cost for the exchanged size

Size exchanges are allowed only for fit-related issues.
